2012 Chapter Partnering Price List

2012 Chapter Partnering Agreement for SWANA Training

Arizona SWANA Chapter provides members FREE access to SWANA National Technical Training e-Sessions.  To maximize member participation we encourage groups to coordinate the training sessions with other Arizona members.  By doing so, Arizona SWANA Chapter is able to make available more training sessions to our membership.  Please follow the guidelines listed below, if you have questions please contact Pat Tapia at Pat.Tapia@tucsonaz.gov.

E-Session Training Guidelines

  • Members must register at least 24 hours in prior to the e-session.
  • To register: Arizona Chapter members will receive an email (Chapter e-sessions
  • A confirmation e-mail containing login instructions and presentation materials will be e-mailed to all participants the day prior to the e-session.
  • Important Note:  Sessions start promptly at 1:45 p.m. EST.  Duration of each session is approximately 75 minutes.

Continuing Education Units (CEU's)

Individuals who register for an E-session under this package are allocated CEU credits which will automatically be applied to their CEU account. If there are multiple SWANA Certified professionals participating in the presentation through a single registration (i.e. multiple members attending the session at a single location), the following steps should be followed to ensure that all participants receive their CEU's:

  1. Immediately following the completion of the E-session, a list of attendees, including contact information and SWANA ID numbers, must be submitted to SWANA's Training Department at certification@swana.org utilizing the E-session Sign-in Sheet. The form must include:
  • Title of E-session
  • Date of E-session
  • Name of person who registered for the E-session
  • Host location where individuals viewed the E-session

    2.  SWANA's Training Department will allocate CEU credits for SWANA Certified professionals who attended the E-session and are verified Chapter   members.
